Sintered Neodymium Magnets (also known as Neo magnets, Neodymium magnets or NIB) is the most powerful and advanced permanent magnet today. Sintered NdFeB magnets have the high remanence, high coercive force, and high energy. It has very high performance and high-cost ration.
The sintered NdFeB magnets have some limitations due to their poor corrosion resistance. In high-humidity, high-temperature, high-PH applications, protective coating is necessary for the sintered NdFeB magnets. The available coating includes NiCUNI, Zn plating, Expoxy coating, perylene, and combinations of these coatings ( Detail coating option for Sintered NdFeB magnets)
